I pride myself on being a good listener to determine the specific needs of the families and individuals I work with. I work tirelessly as an advocate for all sellers and buyers, regardless of price point. My real estate career began in early 2014. Through hard work and dedication, I have closed close to 100 Million Dollars and have hundreds of happy clients. I moved to Tampa in 2011 with my four children, so, I am personally sensitive to the challenges, stresses, and excitement of moving. When it comes to moving, I often think of our corporate and military families. Tampa is fortunate enough to have a huge military presence, and I have become loyal advocates for the military families through the various military programs. Working with those members and families who have served this country has been extremely rewarding and is truly an honor. My territory is extensive, and you will always be deal directly with me. She provided great feedback and new insight into aspects of the home-buying experience that we would have never considered. I felt like she had our best interests at heart and was very transparent about the whole purchasing experience. It is hard to trust someone with something as big as buying their first home, but I had no worries because I was in Judy's hands. Judy was a gem from the beginning of the home-buying experience to the very end. She was respectful and I always felt that if I had a certain question or idea that crossed my mind, I could always contact her and she would respond at a moment's notice.

They had had a deeply troubled and unpleasant experience with their buying agent (NOT Judy) and had saved Judy's information for future real estate transactions. When I decided I wanted to buy a property my daughter immediately recommended Judy. Together, my daughter and Judy worked to find me just the right home. And they did a FABULOUS job.
