Julian made himself available at our request, i find it difficult to believe he had other clowns with as much effort he put into our deal There were many occasions that seemed hopeless and my wife and I kept changing our minds almost weekly. Julian's effort, patience and professionalism were unwavering. I highly recommend to all my friends and family
