Julian Gomez helped my wife and I purchase our first home. This first purchase went so well for us, that when talk of upgrading came to the table, Julian came in as well. This time however, it was more of a risk for us as we were nervous and scared by some stories you hear with so many realtors there is nowadays. This nervousness was a bit more as I felt that my 3 year old sons and our expected baby's future were on the line if we didn't make the right choice. From the time Julian walked through the door we felt like we were making the right choices. Not only did we feel safe with the contingent sell that we were proposing, but the process was fast and we got top dollar for our house. This came in really handy with the purchase of our new house.There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that if the opportunity ever comes up again, Julian would be the first person that we call.
