Seller reviewI already had an agent recommended to me for selling my house when my wife suggested Julie. I was not willing to officially hire Julie until I saw the difference in her work ethic compared to the realtor that was recommended by a friend. I gave both a period of two weeks to locate potential homes for us to buy and Julie outperformed the other realtor 10 to 1. I was impressed by her focus, attention to detail, her approachability, and follow up. I never considered using another realtor after that and won't in the future either.

Buyer reviewWe met Julie looking for a house and hired her to sell our house and help us buy a house based solely on her focus and attention to detail. She has a work ethic and focus similar to mine which is hard to come by these days. Very easy to communicate with and quick to help with anything. I would choose her again without considering looking elsewhere.
