Seller reviewI knew Julie would act in a professional manner and keep the needs of the seller as a top priority. I was extremely satisfied with the overall plan for the sale of the home. The accepted offer came in with being on the market less than 72 hours. Her attention to detail gave me great confidence that the offer and closing would go without any complications. I was very satisfied with Julie's customer service skills. Julie was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire sales process. Working with Julie to execute the sale of my Mother's property was made easy due to her knowledge and professionalism.

She went above and beyond the call of duty by providing me with contact information for water, gas and electric. My husband and I were in MN and Julie and my daughter knew what we were looking for and found the property we purchased. I cannot give Julie enough praise for all she did for me long distance. She is the best!!! Julie was always there to answer any questions I had promptly. All documents were done via email and explained to me. She was extremely helpful in negotiating the price and terms of the purchase. Because of Julie this was the easiest purchase I ever experienced. Julie is the best real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
