Seller reviewAfter meeting with Julie, we were impressed with the level of effort she put into establishing a fair market value for our house, her motivation and her style. We realized right away that her experience, her contacts, and her personality were a good match for my husband and I. Since our house sold in less than 24 hours, there isn't much else to say! Julie's recommended pricing was right on target - we got our asking price. She spent 3 hours with the prospective buyers and kept in touch with us throughout. Another broker may not have been so dedicated!

She was particularly helpfully directing us through the many repairs that had to be done (septic system replacement, lally columns replaced, well fracking, and routine inspections).
