Julie did a FANTASTIC JOB working with difficult sellers. She was an advocate when necessary and treaded gingerly when appropriate. She knew how to negotiate appropriately- exceptional soft skills! Seller reviewI couldn't say enough great things about Julie. I was residing in NJ secondary to illness during most of the transactions. Julie.coordinated estimates and repairs when I could not be there. She made sure that all repairs were done and complete so as to facilitate the final sale. She even personally paid one bill for me and I reimbursed her. I could not be there to sign final documents so with my consent she signed all final sales documents. Seller reviewI cannot state enough how wonderful Julie Vargas was throughout our association as a rental agent and transitioning into the sales agent for this property. She is assertive and knows just what to do and who to call to get a job done. She was what I needed as an out-of-state owner and, over the years, became a good friend and advocate for me. What more can I say, other than I had 5 potential buyers on the first day after the house was on the market. One of these potential buyers actually made a deposit for the house on the spot and bought the house. It was priced right and that is an unbelievable skill for a realtor to have. I think I have made my point that this was a truly great sale considering all the scenarios that took place with tenants, age of house, etc. I was so pleased with Julie's help, professionalism and attention to detail. As always, a house sale is never easy on either side, but Julie Vargas made the whole transition as seamless as possible. I will be her biggest fan and will recommend her to anyone who needs an outstanding real estate agent to "move" their house.
