I just closed on my second condo and I am extremely happy with what I got and the whole buying process as well. She quickly understood exactly what I was looking for. It only took seeing 3 properties before finding/deciding what I wanted. I was also impressed with how good her valuations were for submitting offers and avoidance of getting caught up in the emotional bidding wars that are so common now.
