Is your finance commitment dragging and need to get an extension? Do you have a sellers broker that doesn't understand how to do their job? Need a recommendation for a lawyer? I would never have acquired my last property with June if she were not so on the ball and tuned into the market, we were the first to put together a credible offer. I think we beat out half of the investors in Haverhill. It pays to do business with a full time realtor who increases your chances of success. June is an important part of my team.
