I am from Coeur d'Alene and now live in Hayden Lake with my wife, two sons, and daughter. I love the area for its beauty and warm community. I graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College. I worked for ten years in Consumer Banking & Mortgage Lending with Bank of America. My experience, education, knowledge of the area, and total dedication to client satisfaction will help me always go above and beyond to earn and retain your long-term business. In addition, my mortgage background will be a great asset to help structure, guide, and assist through the lending process. My number one goal is to foster long-term relationships to provide total client satisfaction.

Buyer reviewJustin took the time to help us buy our first home! Always available for our "Wait, what? questions" and never guided usor pressured us in our home search. He showed us a variety of price ranges and provided good choices. After a few short showings we were able to clearly tell him our desires and we found a forever home!

Buyer reviewI don't give perfect reviews often, but this one is well-deserved! I'm a 20 year real estate broker and I was extremely impressed with Justin. He was knowledgeable, personable, responsive and professional every step of the way. He seemed to genuinely care, and his service didn't end with the close of escrow. He also has a wealth of resources which proved truly invaluable, especially his loan referral to ICCU. I honestly don't know what else he could have done to increase my satisfaction. He should be training others on how to be a top-tier real estate agent.

As first time homebuyers, we were tense and needed alot of hand holding and reassurance that we weren't making the move on something that would be a headache later. Justin never made us feel pressured into putting offers on houses, even after spending months with him looking at an asortment of properties. It was easy to express concerns with him and quckly get answers on the things we needed to move forward. We closed on our house about a month ago and are so happy Justin got us in to this one - no regrets!
