I'm proud to be a North Idaho native, originally from the beautiful city of Coeur d'Alene and now calling the peaceful community of Hayden Lake home. I live here with my amazing wife, two sons, and daughter, where we enjoy the beauty of our surroundings and the strong sense of community that makes this area so special. I graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School and went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College. Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than a decade in consumer banking and mortgage lending with Bank of America. That experience gives me a unique advantage in helping my clients navigate the financing side of buying or selling a home with confidence and clarity. He showed us a variety of price ranges and provided good choices. After a few short showings we were able to clearly tell him our desires and we found a forever home!

Buyer reviewI don't give perfect reviews often, but this one is well-deserved! I'm a 20 year real estate broker and I was extremely impressed with Justin. He was knowledgeable, personable, responsive and professional every step of the way. He seemed to genuinely care, and his service didn't end with the close of escrow. He also has a wealth of resources which proved truly invaluable, especially his loan referral to ICCU. I honestly don't know what else he could have done to increase my satisfaction. He should be training others on how to be a top-tier real estate agent.

Seller reviewFrom initial interview to closing Justin was great to work with. Super market analysis with an understanding of the unique value that our property possesses. Marketing approach was collaborative and did an excellent job of showcasing the unique features of our property. Even though Justin also represented the buyers, I never felt that he was less than our all out advocate. Communication was excellent throughout the process and Justin was reachable within minutes at any time. I would use Justin again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to friends without reservation.
