As a REALTOR @ Century 21 Realty Group, I am very familiar with the area. I lived in Roane County for over 35 years mostly in Webster Subdivision and Village of Center Farms and Cumberland County the last 5 years. I was a sales rep for a company that serviced many accounts in Roane, McMinn, Rhea, Fentress and Cumberland before my recent move into Real Estate. I know that my previous experience in sales will greatly benefit me in this field. I had a very large weekly client base from TVA, Bowater, REU, Stonepeak, CoLinx, Micro Metals, Chase Scientific, Netshape and many other large accounts that I have many friends and connections in.
Of course, we all know that to be successful in anything in life requires a successful plan. I have a well-established presence in this area.

Buyer reviewAfter looking for a TN home for about 1 year, this little house with 100' foot waterfront came on the market. The price was right and just right for retirement. I couldn't find a agent to show me this house, I called 7 agents and only this office stepped up and eventually lead to the purchase of this house. Justin immediately found out if we could build on, once that was determined, we came down from Michigan the next day and a offer was initiated. The fact he did this quickly in today's market was a huge plus for Justin. I would highly recommend him, highlighting his professionalism, knowledge and the fact he shoots straight from the hip.
