You know the value of your realtor, when you have a tuff piece of property to sell. Just recently, Brad and I had the pleasure to selling a piece of property in Corona Ca. The sell went so well and without any major issues because of Brad's planning. Everything worked like ae a swiss clock. Then came my most recent property that Brad sold. This property was much smaller and was a lot more challenging for the two of us. The challenges included: Vacation Cabin with no Bedrooms, Old Cabin Property, No Upgrades since 1930's, Remote Hillside location, Code Compliant Issues and a Busy Body Neighbor. Brad really earned his commission on this one. Brad had to sell the property three times before we got a buyer that stay in the deal. I felt sorry for him when the first time the buyer dropped out. Brad turned it around and sold it again for more money. Then we found out the neighbor next door was saying things about the place that were not factual correct and we lost the second buyer. That was very discouraging to us, Then within a short duration somehow Brad was able secure a final offer. Now some people would say no big deal. I know differently because each time was a set back that moved us closure to the holidays season and winter time making harder to market. I knew selling the property had more to do with Brad's commitment to selling this property and working his plan. In this case working and reworking the plan to achieve success. I was referred to Brad by a realtor friend with the Century 21 in Northern California. They did a lot of research to find me the best. I think they did just that. I arranged to meet Brad at the house of my belated cousin. I was just about to become court appointed administrator for the estate. I had two properties to sell and one was in fairly good shape and one that required a lot of work just to see the floor. We meet and talked about the properties and explained to him the biggest huddles, we faced was working around the Probate Court requirements. I still remember seeing his eyes glaze over at the mess, I was trying get it clean up and presentable shape for potential buyers.
