Brad is a long-time resident of the Inland Empire.

He is originally from Redlands, CA where he studied at Crafton Hills College and started working for Commonwealth Title where he gained experience in title and escrow.

Brad and his family reside in Colton, California with their two faithful companions, Boston Terrier "PeePee" and Pomeranian "Chewy." They accompany him to the office and are very people friendly.

Brad has enjoyed working as a real estate sales associate for many years. Brad has experience and training with Navy Federal Credit Union to help veterans and their families achieve their home buying and selling goals.

Century 21 Lois Lauer Realty also saw great potential in him and trained him to work with corporate relocation clients.

My husband and I were first-time home buyers, so it was really important that the broker selected was patient and understanding. We needed someone to hold our hand and explain things to us and Brad and his assistant, Veronica, both did just that. They were excellent! Brad was always readily available, very proactive and quick with communication which really helped this transaction move along quickly. We can't thank Brad enough for helping us get into our new home in under 45 days - just in time for the new addition to our family which is due in July. As Brad said, "No pressure."
