It was such a stressful process but she made it so easy for us when we needed it to be! We love our home and couldn't have gone through this entire process without her! Would recommend her to anyone! She is great from start to finish with the entire process. If you are first time home buyer Karen is your realtor she explains everything so well and makes you feel comfortable and knowledgeable with every step of the way that you make on this entire process! Karen was most sincere, genuine, & understood my concerns. I knew from that very first tour that Karen was the perfect agent to help me purchase a house. Going into this journey I was a bit apprehensive because it was such a huge step in my life, but Karen made everything go very smoothly, without a single doubt, I knew she would help me find exactly what I needed. Buyer reviewWorking with Karen was great she is very informative. I have worked with Karen few years ago when my son purchased first home. Karen was great then and was the same experience today. I just purchase home with my daughter. As a father you want the best for your kids a great home and a reasonable price. I believe Karen had that same qualities she was always honest and very trustworthy. Karen make you feel comfortable when viewing homes including with closing day. Our financial institution was a pain to deal with no ties to Karen or Century 21. Karen was making sure all closing cost were inline and accurate again always looking out for her clients best interest. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone.
