Seller review19 days From the time I signed my contract until the time I received my first offer. Things were a whirlwind, but my realtor made things easier for me. She fronted all my calls herself, even while on vacation! She coordinated showings, responded to inquiries, completed all the paperwork, and was very responsive and professional in doing so. Additionally, she hired a professional photographer who took amazing pictures of my house, even drone footage! The process of selling my home of almost 7 years was made easy, because of the work Karen Haley Colston put in. In reality, all she needed me to do was sign my name and empty the house.??? Thank you, Karen. I appreciate everything you did to sell my home in a fast, professional manner.

Seller reviewKaren went above and beyond to help me with my specific personal issues that affected the sale. She was patient, frank when she needed to be with me, and showed so much compassion when I wanted to give up. Ultimate professional! The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is at the end of the closing having to scramble to get information that I could have helped to get as the homeowner that would have taken days to get otherwise. We got the information but the last minute request caused a lot of stress for us both. Would I use Karen again if her services were needed, absolutely! No one else would I trust! I've already referred my sister to her as she's considering selling her home. She's the best!
