I thought selling my mother's home in Florida while I live in Georgia would be very hard, but Karen made it so much easier. Karen got me through some tough negotiations and made me feel safe in my decisions. I wouldnt have gotten though this process without Karen, she is the best!

When it came time to sell our house, the first person we thought of to help us with the process was Karen. The experience Karen provided us exceeded our expectations on every level. She gave us an overview of how the process would work and was open and honest about timelines. She was in constant communication and kept us well informed throughtout the entire process. If we had any questions, Karen was always available. If she didn't have the answer, she would let us know and follow up with us in a timely manner.
