Seller reviewKaren is very knowledgable of the market and was able to put together a powerful sales prospect for our property, and the right price was identified well above our own expectations. More importantly, she managed effectively the different buyers and made sure they placed their offer timely. We are happily surprised we had 3 buyers with competitive offers and were able to chose the best offer/buyer for us. We had 3 biding offer in 2 weeks and closed in less than a month. Amazing experience !
