She always gave me her honest opinion about prospective properties that I looked at, and gave me realistic expectations for things I needed to do to my own property. Being a rental property brought on many challenges such as dealing with tenants and Karen handled each of these professionally, promptly and was tremendous at keeping us updated throughout. Buyer reviewAs an older, but first time buyer...Karen Schubert assisted me thru every step of the way. She would go out of her way to ensure that I understood and also did many of the steps for me( e,g, arranging for the local fire department to test the alarm system on the house I sold). I could count on Karen for answers to the smallest questions even when she was on a vacation. Karen has acted as the agent on three of my cousins' homes and I have given her name to at least three other friends. I would not hesitate to give Karen the greatest reference. She is awesome!!,,, Karen really cares about her clients. She listens to their needs.Then she delivers. You can tell Karen loves what she does every day.
