I met Karen as a referral through my husband's colleague. We were in the market to sell my first owned property; a condo we held onto as an investment after purchasing our first home together five years ago. Being it was my first time as a seller, I was a little nervous on the decision to proceed, but from the second I first spoke and met with Karen, those nerves quickly subsided. Karen made the selling process smooth from start to finish! Her knowledge of the area was a huge plus. She had a lengthy resume of selling in the area and within the condo complex, and her vast experience in dealing with the property management really showed. She was already aware of all the quirks with the management company and knowledgeable of the extra steps and documentation involved in selling a condo. Karen kept me informed of every step along the way, but she also made it easy for me to have absolutely no worry that the work being done behind the scenes was getting done correctly and quickly. She made the sale process very enjoyable with her respectful, caring, friendly, down to earth personality, yet extremely professional in manner. Selling a property can be very stressful, but with Karen's clear communication, knowledge, experience, and great optimism, not once in the process I felt stress or anxiety. Overall, Karen was a pleasure to work with! I am glad the sale went quickly, but I am a little disappointed I will not be interacting with Karen as much now.
