Kari was EXTREMELY flexible with showing houses to us last minute! We would see listings just hours after they posted and we got in to see it within a couple hours. She was very savvy with letting is know our best possible route to take when making an offer. As a first time homebuyer, she made me feel very comfortable with such a big and hectic process. She is such a warm, hearted and welcoming person too. We just loved her. As I stated before, her customer service is astounding. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I look for houses. We went in not knowing what to look for and she helped us figure out the best home that we fell in love with. She never made us feel pressured to make an offer and really was supportive when we were getting frustrated. It was a lot to take in and she was always there for us no matter what time of the day it was. Overall, she is a dream come true as far as agents goes. No need to elaborate from what has already been said. Knowledgable, customer service is excellent, flexible, and supportive.
