Seller reviewKari was my agent when I bought the house I recently sold. She made that process seemless and I knew she would do the same when I was ready to sell. She sold my house in less than 2 days. I was nervous about pricing it that high but she reassured me that it would sell and may over asking. She also kept that reassurance during appraisal process. Kari has become like family to my family. She handled the sale of my house, three weeks after giving birth to her second daughter. I never felt like I was bothering her. She was committed to the sale of my house and I felt like I was her only client at the time( I knew I wasn't but that's how good she is!) This was so smooth. In a time of transition in my life- this was the easier and least stressful item I had to deal with, and that's because of Kari.
