I would recommend her to a friend or family member or anyone that asked me about a realtor. Reached out to us about any help we might need in the future with the house we just bought. It meant a lot to know that we had established a relationship and that this wasn't just a transaction. No pressure just support, what a pleasure!

Buyer reviewWas doing Internet search for properties in Myrtle Beach area the web site had a good selection of properties so would get daily updates on computer and spoke with Karin on several occasions regarding type of property and othe factors. Karin was always accomodating and understanding of the needs and patient with explaining process. Karin was always on top of things during the entire process and kept us updated on the different steps involved and went to bat for us since we were out of state buyers and not able to be there for the long drawn out process. Karin was always available for any questions or issues that arose during the process. Karin was very knowledgeable of the entire process and if she did not have an answer to a question she would quickly get it and get back to us. Karin went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned due to the fact we were out of state buyers and have not purchased a house in many years so the questions were many but Karin was patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. Karin made the entire process easy and cut down on the stress with her professionalism during the entire process from beginning to end.
