She was very helpful in getting our home ready to sell. We felt very comfortable working with her, We felt that Karla was spot on when it came to pricing our house. She has the insight and knowledge of the market and we trusted her. She also listened to our ideas and we felt that she understood our thoughts. If there was something I did not like about a home, she was open to listen to what I was thinking and never made me feel pressured into picking something and would find something else for me to look at as soon as possible I was a first time home buyer and didn't always understand certain things and Karla always took the time to really explain things so that I could understand everything.I felt very comfortable making my final decision and she kept in contact with me through out the entire process! Very happy with my decision to go with Karla and will always refer her to friends in the future!
