We were happy with her support from the beginning. She was immediately attentive and responsive to our needs (even when they changed dramatically over time). Katherine was always responsive whenever we had questions and/or needs. She was so experienced, as well as connected. She never pressured, but offered whenever she sensed we didn't have answers and/or needed resources. We were very happy with her advocacy all throughout the buying and selling process. We never felt judged - only supported. Katherine was always comfortable to talk with. She genuinely seemed to care for us, not just as clients but as people. That was important to us. She listened well, and responded according to our expressed interests, needs, and desires. We were (and still are) extremely thankful for her efforts on our behalf.
