I can't express enough how much of a pleasure Kathi was to work with and will absolutely be working with her again when it's time to move on from our current house. Buyer reviewKathi went above and beyond when she knew it was our dream property, she spent the time with us seeing the house multiple times, spent the time on our offer to insure we were making a solid offer and didn't shy away from making an offer we were comfortable with and communicating to the selling realtor to make sure we were in range of what they would consider. Kathi was always available to show us houses within a decent time, responded within the day, was so patient showing us many many houses and helping us figure out what we really wanted in a house and property. I highly recommend her to anyone, she has a warm, encouraging personality and really wants the best for you and does her best for you!
