I learn to appreciate people who can can communicate, are active listeners, and have the ability to explain, especially subjects as crucial as it is selling your home. Kathy had exactly all of these. She not only covered the ground but tamed my fears. I was on the other side of the globe, and everything went unbelievably smooth and timely. She most definitely knows what is going on in this market and in the area.

Kathi is an amazing realtor !!! She worked hard to find homes for us to view. She was patient, optimistic and a strong negotiator for us. Kathi went above and beyond when she knew it was our dream property, she spent the time with us seeing the house multiple times, spent the time on our offer to insure we were making a solid offer and didn't shy away from making an offer we were comfortable with and communicating to the selling realtor to make sure we were in range of what they would consider. Kathi was always available to show us houses within a decent time, responded within the day, was so patient showing us many many houses and helping us figure out what we really wanted in a house and property. I highly recommend her to anyone, she has a warm, encouraging personality and really wants the best for you and does her best for you!
