Once the sale agreement was agreed upon, Kathy was instrumental in getting things going to get this sale to completion. Having to deal with things about the property, since the owner was out of state, Kathy was able to get inspections arranged, maintenance companies hired and a slew of other things to get the property ready to close. I would highly recommend Kathy as a very friendly and knowledgeable sales agent. She really made a difference in selling our property.
