Kathy was referred to us by a friend. We had started looking at local properties through the listing agents but found Kathy's services really helped us throughout the purchase process. Kathy was also very helpful showing us homes in multiple communities. Kathy gave us great advice for home and termite inspectors and then recommending approach to negotiate with the sellers to fix/credit damage that was uncovered. Overall Kathy's advice and assistance helped us achieve the dream of a shore property.

Circumstances around the need to sell the home was very stressful and difficult as it was my late father's.
