Buyer reviewI was living in Colorado and Kathy allowed me to facetime all of the houses I saw. Kathy worked on a total of 3 offers for me and also found the perfect broker in Colorado after I failed to sell on my own. During this time, Kathy was very responsive with all my questions and took care of finding my mortgage broker, inspectors, etc. We also had a 2 hour time difference and Kathy accommodated my text and email communications 7 days a week/12 hour days. I was working on paperwork for my sale in Colorado and New Jersey at the same time. Kathy was on top of all of the due dates for me with reminders. I'm not sure how I would have done this with Kathy! Kathy was very positive when my first 2 offers fell through. She would say the next one will be even better! Kathy was right! I am very happy with my house, the location, EVERYTHING!
