Kathy was exceptional in helping me understand the whole process of selling my condo and buying a new home. Kathy listened to my needs as a single father, really listened, and would find homes for us to look at that fell within my "needs" list. With Kathy's help and advice the entire process of selling and buy didn't become overwhelming and made it easier for me. My husband and I found out abruptly in April that we had 6 weeks to move out of our apartment of 8 years. We had been planning to buy a home for quite some time but were in shock of the unforeseen circumstances and aggressive timeline. At the time the only thing working in our favor was that we were ready to buy financially and had discussed what we were looking for. Her communciation was essential and we appreciate how she was able to keep us calm and worry free, during the times of heightened stress that were unanticipated. We were on the same page and got along extremely well, sometimes that is half the battle given how important and personal homebuying is. She is the best!! Lastly, I will just say that the last 6 weeks was an absolute rollercoaster of emotions. We wouldn't change a thing and are beyond happy with the results. We are forever indebted to Kathy for her wonderful services and warm, positive attitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - We did it!!!

Kathy was not my broker, she was the broker for the condo seller. Kathy was great to work with as we bought this condo as we did not have a broker and she was very helpful to help us through this process, She answered all our questions even though she worked for the seller. Maura filled in for Kathy while Kathy was away and she was wonderful. Kathy was great she kept was informed during the process and was always available for questions.
