Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers we could not be more grateful to Kathy Tully for all of her hard work and patience with us with all our questions and not knowing how the process would work. Kathy exceeded any expectation that we could of had for this process. A long process of waiting and wondering if the Sellers would ever find a home and through all the extensions and paperwork to be signed, again and again and again...Kathy was incredible! Always timely with any paperwork that needed to be signed and most of all she was always available for questions/concerns re: anything and everything! And she was always available and responsive almost immediately whether it was a text or email...even when on vacation! We can't thank Kathy Tully enough for making a very stressful time as easy as she possibly could!! We will highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Kathy Tully is absolutely amazing! Again, as first time home buyers we couldn't be happier. Even through all the extensions and not knowing if we would actually get the house, having Kathy Tully there for us made the process easier to handle. Having someone on your side that you feel you can trust makes a world of difference in a very stressful situation.

Seller reviewThe process of buying or selling a home is a challenging one! Having hired Kathy Tully to sell our home was a great decision. She took on what felt like most of the burden and made the process a lot less stressful and made sure everything ran smoothly. She's very organized and comes w a lot of experience. She's also from the area and was very relatable to my husband and myself. Kathy is a very positive, happy person who I believe generally enjoys helping people and taking part in good things happening for people. I would definitely recommend Kathy to anyone in need of a realtor whether this be their first time or not. She's a huge asset to have on your side!

She has a certification in staging and her advice on that area was important in the sale of our home. She is very friendly and has a great 'people' personality which is important in dealing with potential buyers and agents. I highly recommend her.

Seller reviewThe house sold in 2 hours! It listed on MLS at 2PM and by 4PM Kathy has a call from a broker with a verbal offer of $30K over listing price, 20% down and waiving home inspection - done! Kathy's keen eye to professionally stage the house was very effective. Kathy's use of a professional photographer along with the video presentation software on the C21 site portrayed the house in the best possible light, combined with advanced sign placement with "Coming Soon", and that's why it sold so fast. Yes, we did a lot of work to get the house ready, but Kathy finished the process to get the best possible result. Kathy listens, is a true professional and acts as your advocate!
