Seller reviewI had purchased another home and needed to sell my existing home quickly. I was paralyzed with the overwhelming task ahead to get my home ready to go on the market. In comes Kathy Davis without judgement of what I had gotten myself into after living in a home for 16+ years and having a tendency to "collect". She was there every day with gloves, buckets and truck to help me clear out years of clutter and chaos. She even went to the extent of driving a moving van to my new home (a 3+ hours drive) and helped me get situated in my new home. With the property now empty, Kathy had a network of contractors that could quickly and affordably make the necessary repairs to get the home ready for showing. Kathy is very knowledgable about the current market trends and I appreciated her guidance and recommendations in getting the property quickly sold and successfully closed. I would recommend Kathy Davis to anyone with their real estate needs.
