I started working with Kathy in January of 2013. Unfortunately I did not have sufficient funds for a 5% downpayment, as I was relying on the City of Santa Cruz First Time Homebuyer's Program and it had discontinued. Luckily I qualified for the City and County of Santa Cruz Measure O and J programs but that meant finding the right type of property, in the best location for me and my daughter and at the right price. After two years of working towards saving for the downpayment the right place came up for us. Her knowledge and trustworthiness were the most important to me. So I was very happy to have worked with her!

Seller review

I met Kathy Davis last year at an Open House in my neighborhood. On the basis of that meeting, I was sure she would be the best realtor for me when it came time to sell my home. I expected the process of selling my house would go well, but from the very beginning: the proposal, the home inspection, from listing to the close of escrow, the entire process exceeded my expectations.
