I have lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the past 40 years and have lived in the beautiful Piedmont Region of Fauquier and Culpeper counties for the past 27 years. I feel truly blessed every day that I live in this beautiful rural landscape and that I was able to raise my three children here. Seller reviewAgain, Kathy was great to work with. She was very quick on her responses to any questions that i or Brian had. She also knew the market very well and understood the needs of Brian. Once the house was listed everything happened pretty quickly (to my surprise). We had a contract within a week and her communications with us were exceptional. Since we were over two and a half hours away, Kathy ran to the house when i needed a measurement for the refrigerator, which ended up not being needed. She also checked the house nightly when the house was being shown to make sure the doors were locked and the lights were off. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a realtor up in the Nokesville and surrounding areas!
