I have lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the past 40 years and have lived in the beautiful Piedmont Region of Fauquier and Culpeper counties for the past 27 years. I feel truly blessed every day that I live in this beautiful rural landscape and that I was able to raise my three children here. Seller reviewWe met Kathy and interacted with her in a class not related to real estate and were impressed with her on a personal level. We had been wanting to sell our home for some time but were unsure how to find a realtor with whom we could work. During class we found Kathy to be friendly, open, a good communicator and a good listener. At break time when we learned she was a realtor, we realized we had met someone with whom we felt comfortable and subsequently asked her to look at our home to evaluate it for sale. Her approach and professionalism instilled confidence in us in selecting her as our sales agent. Kathy was consistent in keeping the process moving forward, even when we were dragging our feet, having difficulties, emotional and otherwise, in letting go of thirty years of memories. Kathy made the whole process, from start to finish, about as painless as selling a house can be. We would have sold our home sooner since we had already purchased our current home, but we dreaded the whole process and had been avoiding what appeared to us to be an overwhelming undertaking. Kathy changed those dynamics and with her guidance and support we were able to work through that process and sell our home.
