Buyer reviewKathy Humphrey was more than we could have hoped for as our Realtor. During the searching process, she was helpful, but not pushy. If we asked to see a property, she made it happen immediately. When we found our home, she coordinated every detail and made the process easy & enjoyable for us. She gave great advice & negotiated with the seller for our requests. I believe she went above & beyond in every way. We can't thank her enough for everything she did & continues to do as she's followed up even after the purchase.

She kept my husband and I up to date on everything, always answered our questions without beating around the bush, stayed up late waiting on offers and communication from other brokers/agents, and always always always was available for anything and everything we needed. During this past winter we had a home emergency situation, and she and her husband came to us with help and advice on how to proceed. Kathy was so much more than just "an agent" for us. She worked with me when I bought this house, and I trusted her to help sale it. She's wonderful to work with and everything anyone could ever need in an agent. I am beyond thankful to have such a hardworking woman who took into consideration my needs and urgency, and was able to physically represent me when needed since I moved out of state.

Kathy is constantly looking for property for her buyers, and knows the perfect house for that buyer. Kathy is willing to do whatever it takes to make her buyers happy with their purchase, from helping to move to helping to paint. It was a true blessing to have Kathy with us during the selling process.
