Buyer reviewThis was my first home purchase and I couldn't have wished for a better agent! She exceeded ALL of my expectations! If I ever need an agent again, I will go with Mrs. Humphrey without a doubt! Kathy listened to all of my requests and concerns and was able to provide a solution every time. Mrs. Humphrey walked me through the process step by step. She made the entire process extremely easy! Regardless of time, Mrs. Humphrey was only a phone call away from answering any questions or concerns. All respects go to Mrs. Humphrey. Again, I cannot thank her enough!

Buyer reviewKathy Humphrey is awesome. I moved to Jonesboro from out of state. I did not know what type of house I wanted, what price range, or what area of the city (or actually county). Kathy handled all that in stride. She found and we looked at a variety of types and prices of houses all over the city/ county. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She set up and attended inspections and other things when I could not. Once I found the right house, Kathy developed a plan for obtaining the house at a great price point including getting a host of additional items added to the house. Folks would be fortunate to have her for their realtor. She is also a wonderful person.

This was a process that I knew nothing about, but Mrs Kathy was so patience with me and helped me every step of the way. Mrs Kathy made me feel like a friend that she wanted to help find their forever home and not just another home to sell. If I had questions I could always call or text and get a clear answer or understanding. As a first time new home owner I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to have helped me find my new forever home!!!!

She took into consideration what I liked and wanted, my safety and budget and found my dream home. Kathy was great in representing me and my offers to the Seller. She kept me informed of any changes in prices that were done to the homes I liked. I'm so, so glad to have chosen her.
