We prepared the property as recommended by Kathy's team before going on the market and MLS. Her team did minor staging, which we feel made the property appealing to the broadest range of buyers. The house had offers within 4 days of being on the market. With one counteroffer the house opened escrow and closed in 30 days, exactly on the day assigned. Selling and moving is a life changing event, but the Nichols team made it as worry free as possible! Thank you Kathy and John!
