Seller reviewKathy is a joy to work with. She knows what she is doing, and ad a client, I was able to just sit back and leave all the details to her. I was glad for the docu sign option that Kathy would send as I Don't live in the area. In addition to taking care of me as a client, she also displayed care for the buyers, and would advocate for them in regards to funding house repairs. As this was their first home purchased, both Kathy and I wanted to have the house in order so the buyers could claim their new home in good working condition. Kathy is a very kind person and this is displayed in the way she conducts business. Additionally she is a very knowledgeable professional who is a real estate expert. I love Kathy and highly recommend her!

Kathy did a outstanding job so without a second thought when selling our current Harveston home we called Kathy . Kathy did a outstanding job great follow up skills and very personable to work with which helps when you are dealing with multiple personalities from buyers . Kathy did a awesome job listing our home the pictures were amazing !! Kathy always followed up on every request given . setting up showings for poteintial buyers. We were on the market for a bit however during that time we recevied multiple offers . Seller reviewWe had mentioned to Kathy Nichols that we might be interested in selling our house in the past. She was not pushy and told us when we are ready to sell to let her know. Once we made the decision to sell she was ready to go. After she told us her plan to sell our home and we gave the approval she was very professional and got our house sold in SIX (6) days. We were totally amazed at her work habits and extremely happy it sold so fast and may we say "shocked" But knowing Kathy Nichols like we do we were not surprised. Seller reviewHi Kathy, Thank you for all of your help, Svetlana and I appreciate your extra efforts. The sale of the property is bitter sweet. At 400 miles away, it is good to get rid of the extra responsibility and hassle. But we did love the unit, location and the town. Please let us know how much we owe you for the handyman service and Svetlana will send you a check. Again, you helps us find the home and now you helps us sell it. Who's knows maybe we'll pursue there again, just not in a HOA property… Thanks again, Joe

The rules with her Medicaid required me as her Power of Attorney sell her house to cover the costs of her nursing home. I thank Kathy for doing all the paperwork and sales so this could go smoothly. The house was sold quickly
