I had heard that Kathy was a top notch agent and that she was very direct and thorough. I wanted these traits in a realtor so I decided to hire Kathy. I had two other realtors before Kathy, and my experiences were terrible and full of empty promises. Kathy stayed true to her word to provide excellent customer service. Unlike my two other experiences with realtors that I hired to sell my house, Kathy did all the work, made me feel comfortable and secure in the selling of my house, was easily accessible, and was also working hard (weekends and evenings) to get my house sold. Even when she went on vacation, she made sure I had Century 21 contacts if a problem arose, and she even called me several times on her vacation to make sure things were running smoothly in the sale of my home.
