Kathy Riggio is an awesome agent. I wish I had gone with Century 21 from the beginning. Austin and Kathy Riggio make a really good team. Both of them are super representatives for Century 21. could not have asked for better. service, professionalism, keeping me informed, assisting with things I didn't understand. Never seemed to get put out and always gave answers for any type of question I asked. Kathy Riggio is listened to me from the beginning of our journey together. Kathy brought all of the tools she would need to be able to list our home that day. No waiting for listing to be posted, sign was in the yard within 24 hours. Round table was scheduled within 2 days. Kathy made sure the alarm system was turned on at the end of the day after showings. Kathy had a buyer for our home within 2 weeks of listing. She and her husband Austin are a great team. Kathy and Austin work extremely well together and between the two of them you will have answers to questions by the end of the working day. Kathy and Austin are true go getters and are working for their clients. I will recommend Kathy to all of my friends and family in the area. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.
