I have a passion for real estate and exceeding the expectations of my clients. Whether in business or life, integrity is my driving force. My first year in real estate I was awarded Rookie of Year based on servicing my clients and overall sales. And since then, I have not looked back. My goal is provide my clients with the best class service in helping them buy and/or sell their home. Prior to real estate, I worked in sales/marketing and national account management where my strengths included negotiating contracts, building relationships with clients, developing sales and marketing strategies and driving sales. I graduated from Adelphi University where I earned a Bachelor of Science. Being a REALTOR has allowed me the opportunity to bring together my extensive and ever-evolving knowledge of the real estate market with my skills and strengths from my past work experiences which allows me the fully understand and address every client's needs. I am constantly driven to deliver at the highest level possible. My goal is when you ask any past clients of mine about me, they will say I was: committed, led with integrity, hardworking, professional, approachable and persistent! I am excited to share my extensive knowledge of the market whether you are in Fredericksburg or Stafford and the surrounding areas or Northern Virginia (NOVA).. Buyer reviewI walked in that day and Kelli was on call. I stayed with her because she was on top of my needs. It was an uncooperative seller, but Kelli patiently followed through to be sure my purchase was as smooth as possible.

Seller reviewI choose Kelli based on a recommendation from a highly regarded and respected friend. Kelli was the perfect fit. She worked with me based on the direction I wanted to take and was there for me every step of the way to support and provide expertise and direction. She didn't have expectations for selling price or schedule and professionally sold the home without regard to her agenda. There was never any pressure. She also handled a fairly difficult buyer who was a continuous challenge with perfect finesse. I was grateful to have an experienced, knowledgeable professional on my side. Kelli is a natural sales professional. She is fun to work with backed by knowledge and experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and achieved all of my goals.

Each house we looked at she gleaned a clearer picture of what we were looking for. She was helpful at pointing out the benifits and concerns of each property. There was no pressure to upsale or rush a purchase. She was experienced in negotiating helping us to get a fair deal. Whenever a potential problem arose she handled it with speed and made it seem easy. I felt Kelli really cared about our comfort level and excitement in purchasing our home.

She knows the area, the market, the advertising, the contracts, the showings. She is remarkably responsive to needs, situations, problems, and requests. She has an outstanding demeanor that provides calm in the midst of chaos. Kelli far exceeded my expectations. I would and will recommend her to all my friends. Enemies should look elsewhere. Best agent by far!!! She could hold training seminars in the area and nationwide to show other brokers how it's done. I'm not sure even extensive training would imbue agents with her sense of ownership, pride, duty to her client. Century 21 is lucky to have her as a representative and ambassador.

After interviewing five other agents, we were sold with Kelli our first meeting, and our initial impression was correct. Kelli did a great job recommending the sales price for our home and helping navigate the contract process after receiving an offer. This was the easiest sale we have ever had. Everything went smoothly due to Kelli's attention to detail. She was always accessible and quickly responded to all of our questions and concerns. In short, Kelli knows how to sell houses and we were blessed she was our agent.
