I contacted Kelly because she was the listing agent on the ad I saw on Zillow. I only wanted to discuss this house with the listing agent and not anyone else. Kelly Hammer is amazing. She is my hero and new friend! She kept in constant contact. She handled all of my questions (and I ask a ton...haha). She went the extra mile in everything from emails, phone calls, texts, videos, follow-ups, recommendations, etc. I will recommend her to anyone I can talk into moving to Cape Coral. Speaking of videos, she has a talent for taking walk through videos. She came across as excited and interested in the house and thought things were cool ;-). Her 3 videos caused me to immediately up my offer by $15K just to get the house. These are a great tool from a buyers standpoint, and in my opinion should be used more by realtors. If the home shows well, it can, and did, seal the deal.

This process was complicated by the fact that we were in California. Kelly leveraged the C21 search tool to let us see houses in the price ranges we specified as well as create our own search criteria. This allowed us to have a small pool of homes we were interested in knowing more about. Kelly then went out and created narrated videos of our favorites which allowed us to be much more fully aware of the positives and negatives of each property. This allowed us to focus in on one particular property even before we arrived in Cape Coral for the first time. When that property had an unexpected price drop, Kelly helped us place an offer before our arrival in Cape Coral. She was also able to explain clearly all of the complexities of the assessment process underway here in Cape Coral. Kelly made every nerve racking step of the normal sales process go as smooth as silk. Couldn't have been any better. Kelly is by far the best real estate professional we have ever worked with in over 40 years of buying and selling real estate. After just a couple of conversations, it was like chatting with a life long friend rather than a real estate agent. In the very first conversation she put us at ease over trying to do a transcontinental real estate purchase. As mentioned before, this has been the smoothest least stressful purchase ever. Kelly was able to handle every obstacle that occurred over the course of the process. You cannot have a better agent or better person working for you when you have Kelly as your agent.
