Many agents collect data and present them to their clients However, they often do not know how to use data to facilitate the sale. Kelly Hammer presented us data on those cities and towns from which the online clicks on our home were coming and used that information to promote our listing. Very often, the clicks on our home in Florida were coming from Massachusetts, and our eventual buyer was from Massachusetts.
