Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Kelly decided to follow in the footsteps of her father in 2001 and become a REALTOR.®Kelly has found her calling in Real Estate and enjoys serving on many Boards including our local and state Board of Realtors & giving back to the community. Seller reviewWe were told how knowledgeable and motivated Kelly is and I don't think those words come close to how amazing she really is at her profession. Kelly was always quick to respond, late night weekends and holidays she was like having a best friend realtor always there for us. I would and have passed along recommendations for this team of experts, I wish I could utilize their expertise down here in Idaho but sadly know they are not traveling sales people. I only hope to find someone as dedicated.

She made us feel like we were her only clients, which I know first hand is not true. But that's just how she treats everyone. She genuinely cares and puts her heart into her job. Buying a first home can be stressful, frustrating and scary. Kelly took all of that away and made it so easy for us. When we're ready to grow our family there is no doubt who we will be using to sell our home and purchase a larger one. And I will not hesitate to refer her to everyone I know looking for a smooth transition from home to home.

Seller reviewKelly hit the mark dead on in all areas we were concerned with. Her advice was invaluable and we ran with it - the result speak for itself. Two showings and under contract 8 days after the house hit the Century 21 website. Everything Kelly and Century 21's staff promised was carried out in timely and exemplary manner. Kelly can juggle with the best of them - she never missed a call, couldn't answer a question or recommend solutions to issues, and always sounded as if we were her only client - totally relaxed and unrushed. Kelly's crew was excellent - if they couldn't answer a question in her absence they ALWAYS promptly returned our call with the correct answer. Competent and helpful in all ways. This was my husband's very first home sale, but as the seller of 7 other residences, I can appreciate the fine line Kelly walks keeping all of us clients happy, nearly simultaneously. I can personally attest that she is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I would happily use her services again (and again, and again... :) )
