I previously worked with Ms. Kelly Wallace, the first time I was looking for a home. Unfortunately, the timing was wrong and I was unable to continue my search. When my father passed away, I was in a very difficult place. I inherited his home and wasn't sure what to do with it as it had also been my childhood home. In comes Kelly Wallace to the rescue. She visited me at the house multiple times to look over the place and figure out the best approach to handling it. As I lived on the other side of the country, I figured it would be very difficult to manage the tasks that needed doing at the house. Kelly was a terrific agent. We had been in contact for many months before the property went on the market, and helped deal with issues related to the tenant who was then renting. During the prep time, she went above and beyond with her service - there were times I was not able to go to the property to deal with repair issue, and she readily went over the the place to deal with them. She is open to input from the owner, but always had great ideas and knowledge about the local market. I ended up getting well more than the asking price. Highly recommend.
