Buyer reviewKen is an amazing realtor... He took the time to create a back-up offer on a house with an accepted contract. In the end, his efforts lead to the purchase of our Dream Home with a Pool! He literally made this happen in two days - Seriously! The other contract hit a snag 2 days before closing. (Much thanks goes to Kings River Title for expediting the closing as well. I'm thankful that ) Regardless, it was Ken's persistence and quick thinking that lead to entertaining on our deck overlooking the pool. (He also has very enjoyable stories!)
