Ken was suggested to us by a new friend in Eureka Springs as "the agent" for our house hunting needs. The friend was most correct. We came in to town mid-October with only 4 days to view potential homes. Ken and I had communicated frequently over the past 5 months and had a definitive list of places we wanted to see. With his vast knowledge of the area, he had been able to help guide me to homes not only in our price range, but that had all the MANY requirements we had for a retirement home. He had everything ready and well organized, helping us to see more homes that we thought we would. Great help! Ken is also a great "tour director" taking time to show us many of the wonderful places in the area. Made us feel very much at home!!

Ken was a good listener and considered all of my needs. I moved here from Oregon and Ken was particularly kind and showed me around and introduced me to many locals. He went out of his way to check out my neighborhood at various hours. Ken puts in 100% and is very attentive and thoughtful. He was a pleasure to work with.
