Need to have everything clearly explained and on paper. Ken did a great job doing that. Ken was always prompt returning our calls when we left messages. Ken was willing to make time for us when we need him. Ken would help us with recommendations for repair work we need done. He was always polite and respectful. He was trustworthy. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone selling their home. I would give Ken a 5 star rating.

From the beginning, Ken was straightforward and honest and patiently yet thoroughly explained the realtor agreement. Ken did it in a way that was stress and pressure free. We appreciated that. Throughout the entire real estate process---from offer to counter offer to inspections to contract to closing----Ken consistently communicated status updates or action items for us to complete. We always felt informed and engaged in the process. Ken always reminded us that he was available to help and proved it numerous times by meeting us at the house on weekend and after work hours. It's important to me to deal with someone that does what they say they're going to do. It's simple yet few people do it from my experience.

Ken, in all the buying and selling you helped me/us with this summer and fall, we feel that you became far more than our "real estate agent"---you became our friend.
